BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • What is your booking policy?
    BOOKING STEPS: Fill out the booking form with the following information: Select Retreat Dates: Choose your preferred dates for either the 7-day or 5-day retreat. Choose Room Type: Indicate the type of room you would like. All rooms are private. The shared cabin has 2 private rooms with 1 shared bathroom. The private cabin has a private bathroom. The Couples cabin has a King sized bed, private bathroom and the price includes 2 people. Pay a Deposit: This is an authroziation hold only, you will not be charged until you have received medical clearance. Medical Evaluation: We will schedule a phone medical screening. Your booking is pending approval upon medical evaluation and clearance. If, for any reason, you do not pass the medical screening or we determine that we are not a compatible fit, the authorization will expire after 5 days, and the pending charge will disappear.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel more than 60 days from the retreat start date, then your deposit is eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. If you cancel between 30 – 60 days, the deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred toward a future retreat within 1 year subject to availability. If you cancel less than 30 days from the start date of the retreat your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Where is your refund policy?
    There will be a 10% fee for all cancellations and refunds to cover processing fees. Once the retreat has started no refunds will be issued.
